CUVANA sells only to adults 21 and older, in every state.
How we verify your age
- At checkout, before you pay, our age-verification partner AgeChecker.net checks your name, address and date of birth against commercially available databases, as the PACT Act requires.
- If it can’t confirm you instantly, AgeChecker.net may ask for more information, such as a photo of your ID. AgeChecker.net handles this; we don’t receive or store your ID image.
- The shipping name must match the billing name. We verify the billing name, so a different recipient would defeat the check.
- At delivery, an adult 21+ must sign and show ID for every package.
If we can’t verify you, we can’t complete your order. If a payment was taken, we’ll refund it in full.
What we keep. The verification result and a reference number, with your order, for at least 4 years as the PACT Act requires. See our Privacy Policy.
We may cancel any order if age can’t be verified, if we believe the order is for someone under 21, or if shipping it would break the law.
